Production Roles

Director:
The directors job is to oversee the appearance of a film which is also regulating the films plot. They will consider the lighting and positioning of inside the frame to create an outcome.

I am going to be the director for our film as I have a strong sense of leadership.

Location Manager:
The location managers job is to manage the locations of the film which relate to the genre and scenes of the film.

Storyboard Organiser:
The storyboard organiser is in charge of creating and organising the storyboard. Their job is to draw and write a description of each different frame in our film. This includes camera shots, lighting, positioning and character in the scene.

Jagoda is the storyboard organiser for our group as she is good with elaborating and also expressing each scene in depth.

Actors:
An actors role is the person/people who acts in the film. They need to be suitable and relate to the character so the audience can feel the emotions they are feeling.

Daisy Morecroft will be our actor in our thriller as she has had the experience in acting before and relates to the character which she will be playing.

Editors:
The film editor is the person who looks at the various different shots that have been taken and selects the shots that are going to be used and puts them in a sequence to create a film. This includes sound, music, transitions to make the film perfect.

We will all be editors as there will be too much work for one person. We also all have different ideas for editing which will be contributed.

Sound Technician:
The sound technician is head of the sound on set and whilst editing. This will include the music and sound effects we include in our film or any type of recordings.

We will all be the sound technician as we all have different ideas to which sounds and music we want in our film.

Camera Operator:
Camera Operator is the one who uses the cameras and captures the scenes of the film in which the director tells them to. This is viewing the different angles in the shot depending in the scene.

The camera operator will be Ella as she has the technical knowledge and ability to use the camera equipment.
